Shipping Policy

Important: Order processing time is not included in the expected delivery time at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

For domestic shipping

For most orders, shipping will be via CTT, with three options available::

How can I check the status of my order?

When the order ships, an email notification will be sent with the tracking number so you can track the order status. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking information to update on the CTT website.

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at encomendas@hugowork.shop with your name and order number so we can resolve your issue.
